Overview of FT & PT Instructor responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Supervise and instruct students in a classroom, lab, and clinical setting or via on-line.
  • Represent the College working collaboratively to plan individualized clinical experiences for students.
  • Teach core ST courses.
  • Assist in the planning and development.
  • Prepare, evaluate and maintain grades for ST students.
  • Participate in meetings, coordinate lesson plans.
  • Teach, schedule and discuss progress of individual students.

Hiring Criteria: Bachelor's required, Master's preferred. Current CST certification required or eligibility for Accelerated Alternate Delivery (AAD) program (125 documented case in scrub role); minimum one (1) year current experience in the Operating Room. Teaching experience preferred. On-line teaching experience required for On-line Instructor opportunities.
